Good place to stay, comfort and friendly staff. The staffs are helpful though we don't take their tour package :). It is a bit far from the beach, but within walking distance (about 15 min). No worry, along the road got lots of shops which you can shop and walk. You can rent motorcycle in a cheap rate or take "tuk tuk" if u r kinda lazy to walk.
Air-conditioned with spacious room for two, bathtub, new lcd tv

Comfortable bed and nice shower with good water preassure! Room was spacious enough and even had an area to set up our laptop. Hotel had free wifi.
The room was clean enough but so many ants everywhere! I suppose this isn't necessarily the hotel's fault. I also thought 1,000baht was a bit expensive for this room. We moved to a room closer to the beach for only 600baht.

The guesthouse is easy to locate, in a corner amongst a row of guesthouses. Room is very spacious and bed is big and comfortable. No elevator so if you stayed on higher floor, you have to lug your own luggage up long flight of stairs. It's just a 2-min walk to the nearest 7-11, and about 15-min walk to Ao Nang beach. Walls are quite thin, so you can hear your neighbour TV and at night, the pubs opposite. But overall a nice and cosy budget place
We stayed in the room on one of the days as it was raining, and didnt go out till 3pm. We told them to make up the room at 3.30pm. But when we came back at night, we were shocked to find that they did not clean the room and had instead left the new towels/toilet roll outside our room floor. The next morning, the water stopped while my friend was bathing one morning, we were told that they had to 'add water' and because we didnt let them do housekeeping the day before, they couldnt do so. Interesting experience... this is the first guesthouse I went to that there is 'ration' on water !

Really nice and helpful staff, big room, very nice and clean with a balcony and free internet. Complementary water, fridge in the room. We would definitely reccomend, it was well worth it!
Really rather small things: Rooms on the side of the road are quite loud (cars), ask for a room in the back if you are a light sleeper. The hotel is about 12 minutes walk from the beach and the longtail boat pier, but we didn´t mind this at all, just that it into account. Breakfast can get a bit repetitive if you stay longer, banana, eggs, and a 1 kind of meat with toast every day.

No hot shower in the bathroom, when complaint to the staff no action taken until check out. So dissapointed!

I am half Thai but I can only understand Thai but not speaking. I ve found that normally an Asian woman who had a western partner ( ive been at phranang flora with a co worker older German 46) and I don't get the gossip whisper or judging me as a "hooker" from the staff of phranang flora at all. They are just a happy people live their job. Room is extremely clean and the cleaner were always cleaning when you leave for the breakfast. It is an ordinary no hotel style with the standard clean room no luxury style and services. It was 3 nights pre New Year's Eve and the price is reasonable like 170$ for 3 nights!! My co worker which is a hippie spirit said he does love it. We turned air con down to 25c and it was just like a no air condition. Highly recommended
Actually I like all of it.
